What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Kareo Billing is how smoothly it handles the entire billing process—from claim creation to payment posting—making it easy to manage revenue without unnecessary steps or delays.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only downside is that occasional system slowdowns can interrupt workflow, especially during peak hours.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d just recommend taking a little time to get familiar with the system—once you do, Kareo Billing runs smoothly and handles everything you need with ease.
