It is the best, not difficult to use and a convenient application to have meetings with the best interaction

try out the rest first. Slack is the best collaboration tool in the business for a reason

I am not sure there are many features to Zoom that are unique and not in other programs.

I do like the channels and file-sharing capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing is really integrated when you log in, such as the calendar. You have to manually integrate it.
