What differentiates Zoom from other similar products?

I feel Zoom stands out for its reliability and consistent video/audio quality, even with large groups or weaker internet connections.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoom is how easy it is to use, you can join or host a meeting with just a couple of clicks, no tech hassle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One small thing I dislike is that chat messages disappear when you leave the meeting, unless saved manually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to get familiar with the environment first before setting up any meeting, so that it gets easier to be in control during any meet.
