Zoom can occasionally be unstable with poor internet connections, causing audio or video to lag. Constant updates and glitches during them can also be disruptive. I can talk to my clients and teams easily. I no need go anywhere, just open my phone or laptop to connect.

Sometime the video freezes and comes back, could be internet issue or glitch
