What is Zoho WorkDrive?

Zoho WorkDrive is an online file storage, sync and collaboration platform for modern teams, small businesses and large enterprises. It introduces Team Folders, which enables teams of any size to work together securely like they're right beside you. Besides, you get the Zoho Office Suite Editors, and complete access stats at the team level and the team folder level. TeamDrive takes complete care of your mobility needs with the Android and iOS mobile apps and the desktop sync application.

What differentiates Zoho WorkDrive from other similar products?

I believe Zoho WorkDrive has literally altered our way of managing documents for good by offering us secure, organized, traceable, and synergic control of cost and budget documentation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that with the help of audit-trail functionality, I can literally review exactly when a document is being accessed or modified, which is quite important to know for our internal audit of budgeting modifications. Also, whenever a documentation request is sent by external auditors, I just have to share links with expiration and password protection, so in this way, our files go out securely without changing our master database.

What do you dislike most about this product?

External sharing control does hold power, but sometimes creates a mess by expiring inappropriately or ending up going to the wrong person, which compromises the security factor.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend Zoho WorkDrive to anyone looking to have better documentation control, secure sharing, and enhanced version management for the cost and budgeting team, effortlessly.

It is an all in one secure AI platform that helps you centralize your files, automate your workflows and collaborate in real time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can integrate this with your already existing and software like Office, Outlook, Mail and Projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that I can think of.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a complete solution for all the teams big and small across diverse industries and functions.
