What differentiates Splashtop Remote Support from other similar products?

It has unattended access features that makes it stand out. This allows us to access our employees devices remotely for set up even when their are not on the computers. It also supports multi-monitor sharing where one can access several devices remotely at the same time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very cost effective hence ideal for any company regardless of their sizes. It also allows a secure connectivity as the data is encrypted during the connection. The unattended access features promotes great compliance as we are able to monitor our devices always.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced issues with this product. I has been seamless.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend this tool for any organization as the product is very flexible and scalable. It also has great features like the unattended access which makes it very effective.

Its ease of implement and use. You can readily deploy it to many devices without much fuss.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am a big fan of the time saving aspect of this product. It really is a must have if you are managing quite of a lot of devices spread over a large area.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there were more ways to group and manage users and permissions. What is there is serviceable but it has a lot of room for improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for it! Its a great product if you don't want to be running back and forth over a large manufacturing floor all day.
