ITIL processes can be easily managed with SMAX. Customization and adaptability as per business requirement

What do you dislike most about this product?

It have multiple modules. Without training it would be difficult to manage

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A Standout aspect of OpenText SMAX is its Private generative AI Capabilities. Another aspect is GreenOps, which support sustainability by tracking the carbon footprint and resource consumption of IT and Non-IT assets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has Customization Limitations.
