Easily customizable and has a lot of integrations. The reports and Analysis of daily weekly and monthly sales is incredibly straightforward and helpful when looking at areas to improve

What differentiates Maitre'D from other similar products?

This software is incredible, Maitre'D is the perfect solution to simplify the administrative aspects that my business requests, what makes it different from the rest is the function of a high validity of options and the simplicity that can be addressed, guaranteeing efficiency on the part of the work staff and maintain optimal control of all the financial movements that take place in the store, it is totally reliable, this system was developed especially for businesses in charge of satisfying the food and comfort needs of numerous customers, providing them with personalized attention optima.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the colors and how organized Maitre'D looks on the store's monitors, everything is correctly explained for its function, making the user experience rewarding and without any problem, whether it is the manager, waiters or simply a person in charge. of the cash register, Maitre'D has supported us for 6 years and is part of our work progress, we are happy for the control and efficiency that it gives us, thanks to options such as reservation management, orders in the premises and in line, division of accounts for the comfort of payment of the clients, among others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This software is made to be used as it is shown on the screen, and it is very difficult to modify certain elements of the menu, on the other hand, it is unfortunate the lack of quality of the staff that is in charge of resolving the inconveniences that occur in the system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Maitre'D is the POS system that we recommend, it makes the difference from the rest thanks to the greatness of its content, it is the most effective tool for managing a restaurant or a business in the hospitality area.
