What differentiates Huntress Security Platform from other similar products?

The price point and the breadth of 24/7 proactive coverage. The other players in this space seem to be double or triple the price of Huntress without all the same bells & whistles.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of implementation & intuitive interface

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some things require drilling down past the dashboard to see alerts. (Like Antivirus status). Those should be on the dashboard as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Review the product. Put it through it's paces. It's great!

What differentiates Huntress Security Platform from other similar products?

The price for the value of what you are receiving is great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lightweight product that provides tons of features and handles it's specific job well. The company is branching out but the SOC team is fantastic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Still waiting on some better in-depth MEDR management for Defender XDR but it's coming along.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely include it as part of some sort of security packaging.

What differentiates Huntress Security Platform from other similar products?

24/7 SOC included with EDR and MDR, Automated endpoint and cloud account isolation, automated endpoint remediations

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automatic or Manual Remediations. SOC included. Account/Endpoint isolation

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some non-directly malicious things [PUPs] have gotten through. I wish there was a remote command line or powershell when an endpoint was in isolation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get it, you won't regret it.
