What differentiates HelpWire from other similar products?

HelpWire really stands out for me because it's free and works seamlessly on both Mac and PC. I love how easy it is to get started. Basically, I can send a dedicated link to my colleague or client to initiate a remote session right away. The software is super fast and easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use. In just a minute, I was able to access my colleague's computer and fix our inbound issues. The connection is always quick and reliable,

What do you dislike most about this product?

There aren't many downsides, but one thing I'd like to see is support for Android and iOS devices. Adding these features would make it even more useful.
