What differentiates HawkSearch from other similar products?

HawkSearch is positioned well for Ecommerce as well as other utilizations of search (e.g. content), and in particular they have invested heavily in machine learning and generative AI to augment results for customer understanding.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customization options, which are extensive and limited really only by the data you feed into the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The connector we are using to make data integration easier also has some limitations for certain types of searching.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do a fair amount of research in your industry or similar ones to see how other players in your space are using search.
