What differentiates ez-BCM from other similar products?

ez-BCM differentiates itself by being user-friendly, automating risk assessments and impact analysis, offering cloud-based scalability, and providing pre-built templates and reports. It's also cost-effective and integrates testing and training modules, making it easier to manage business continuity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I’d say in the higher education field I use it for automation of risk assessments and impact analysis is my favorite aspect. It takes a lot of the manual work out of the equation, streamlining the process and reducing the chance of errors—super helpful for businesses that want to stay proactive without getting bogged down in details.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One potential downside could be its limited customization compared to some other more complex BCM solutions. While it's great for simplicity, businesses with very specific or complex needs might find the pre-configured templates and features a bit restrictive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To get the most out of ez-BCM, start by using the pre-built templates and adjust them to fit your needs. Run regular simulations to make sure your plan works and everyone knows their role. Keep things simple by focusing on the core features, and make sure to train your team so they’re prepared. Finally, review your setup periodically to ensure it’s up-to-date with current risks.
