My favorite aspect of Epicor PLM is its deep integration with Epicor ERP, which eliminates data silos and ensures that engineering, manufacturing, and business teams are always aligned.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization and configuration may also require significant time and technical expertise.

Plan your workflows in advance and start with a pilot rollout to test functionality before scaling across the organization.

What differentiates Epicor PLM from other similar products?

Epicor represents a way to manage companies in a more automatic way, through the use of technology applying statistics and big data, showing a great amount of variables and tables that allow to improve the decision making of the people who supervise. One of its most important aspects is that they are based in the cloud, allowing to obtain the information much faster and with a very low risk of leakage of this information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is highly customizable with a well-founded API, so we can adapt it to our business needs. You can perform all the company's management through this software, from payment to suppliers to purchases of supplies and materials. The query generator is quite simple and allows us to get the information we need quickly, increasing our productivity in the industry.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of compatibility with many devices which leaves it a little behind in terms of development. Difficult to install and configure, it requires investing a lot of time in this to start working properly. The human resources management still leaves much to be desired, therefore, it seems to us a tool in development.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The tool despite being good still contains many flaws that need to be improved, many slowness and compatibility problems that hinder a pleasant experience for the consumer, it is recommended to send new updates soon to verify if the tool has a future in the industry. Even upgrading can be extremely difficult and time consuming for many companies that have purchased the service.
