What differentiates DocVerify E-Signature from other similar products?

Docverify is set apart by its cost. There is no cheaper e-signature notary platform available. Unfortunately, having the market edge makes them less motivated to make the product and user experience better, since they are the "only game in town"

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of DocVerify is the cost. It is also relatively easy to use, though can be difficult to troubleshoot if things go wrong or if my clients are particularly tech illiterate

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the lack of live 24/7 support. If I am in a RON session and something goes wrong, my only recourse is to email their support team and wait to hear back. This makes me look bad to my clients, and by the transitive property of negative customer experience blame, the longer they take to get back to me, the worse I look and the more my client is upset with ME.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

use it, but look to see if there are other online notary platforms that are reliable and affordable in your state.
