What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

I haven't really used any other products aside from Adobe Acrobat outside of my job.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

For me, DocuSign has helped our company in many ways, but mainly it accelerates the deal process, since before we didn't use any digital signature tool, but instead did it the traditional way, it would take days to send the contracts to our clients and wait for the signature, now this is a process that can take up to a few hours or even minutes because everything is digitalized now with this platform. I also like that the platform doesn't only provides a way to get digital signatures, but it also takes you through the entire process, allowing you to visualize which stage each client is in and looking at the status of every deal.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like DocuSign because of how easy it makes the process of setting up and finalizing contracts, it is an indispensable part of our deals because we can generate a pre-approved agreement and send it to our clients, and get them signed really quickly. The most important part for me and our clients is the convenience, since everything is digital, there is no need to print, scan, or mail anything to our clients, we can also create our legal documents using the pre-built templates on the site like pricing tables and NDAs that we are able to customize to our liking, this helps save so much time and makes everything more efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest downside when it comes to this tool is that it doesn't have good pricing alternatives, especially if you're a small team or if you have a higher document volume, the pricing can scale up pretty quickly, so I would like to see better pricing alternatives that take this aspect into account. The mobile application also requires more maintenance, because it doesn't have a lot of crucial tools that are in the desktop version, which make the mobile app sometimes unusable on the go, it could be more refined to have more usability.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The most beneficial thing that you can do is to use the templates that the software provides you with to build a set of core templates that you can use for different scenarios, this will save you a lot of time and prevent you from having to constantly re-create these documents all the time, and it will also make you look consistent since it helps with building your brand's image. I would also recommend to integrate it with your CRM tool in the first stages of setting up the program, since it'll save you a lot of time and it will synchronize your data.

DocuSign is highly trusted, secure and widely accepted. It offers advanced compliance features that make it ideal for formal agreements, and it integrates well with many tools managers use daily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how simple it is to send, sign, and track documents. The audit trail gives peace of mind, and the notifications keep the signing process moving without delays.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing can add up for larger teams or heavy users, and customizing some of the workflows beyond standard options takes extra effort.

If you handle contracts, approvals, or team agreements regularly, DocuSign will make the process faster and more reliable. Spend time setting up templates it really speeds things up in the long run.
