It doesn't require a steep learning curve to understand how everything works, so regardless of whether or not you've worked with project managers before, this platform is so simple to use that there won't be any hassles in the implementation process. Therefore, virtually any employee should understand how everything works within a couple of days.

The ease of using this platform is incredible, especially because it's highly customizable; you could say it's very user-friendly. You can see every aspect of the project in detail without having to navigate extensively within the platform, saving time since everything is immediately available. I find their customer service excellent; the few times I've had problems with a feature, I've received accurate responses and almost immediate solutions. They've also been very patient in understanding my requirements. This platform eliminates staff clutter on large projects, especially if they can be grouped together in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?
