What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform is also very good in documentation and compliance features that are very important in compliance search industries. The API is very powerful and enables any kind of integration with other internal tools and systems. The enhanced functionalities include assigning tasks and setting deadlines for their completion, gathering multiple teams, and working with outside contractors to facilitate efficient and effective administrative teamwork.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop sync client may face difficulties when it applies to the organization of a significant number of files, especially in the case of enterprise uses. For the current technical documents, the mobile interface could provide better tools for editing. Creating a custom workflow is expensive to set up in order to gain the best benefit for a particular project.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using the Box has been of great impact in managing the automation projects in middleware at Indra by improving the delivery process. Lately, during integration enforcement on a larger scale, the functionality of this product ensured we could work with external contractors to access data while keeping unauthorized individuals out. We gained orders of magnitude in the ability to automate approval workflows; this decreased our document processing time immensely and allowed us to focus on more project delivery instead of wasted time on paperwork.

Box's emphasis on security and sophisticated permissions features, which provide fine-grained control over who can access each file, is what I enjoy most about it. Its ability to interact with other work platforms, increasing efficiency, is another feature I appreciate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that Box's interface can occasionally be less user-friendly, particularly for novices, is one of my pet peeves. Additionally, it can be a little challenging to find the advanced setup choices.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since Box allows real-time document sharing and editing, I suggest it as a useful tool for team collaboration. Its cloud file synchronization function guarantees access to information from any device.

What really stands out for working with BOX is the efficient system of version control; it’s like having transport through time for documents! The collaboration options are absolutely fantastic; an unlimited number of collaborators can edit the manuscript simultaneously. The security features are also impressive; you get specific permission settings, in which you define who can view some data and files. Also, the mobile experience is smooth and that means it’s easy to reconnect on the road, for instance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I must say that my idea of BOX is astonishing, given that it partners with almost everything we apply at Infosys. It does get along well with our email, our project management tools, and even indivisible custom applications. They say that the search functionality is excellent; no longer will you have to scroll through countless folders to look for a certain document. The preview works on another plus point, as it allows you to access a look at the files without actually downloading them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Of course, the offline sync could be improved, yes, to have issues while working with large files. At times, it is possible to get overloaded with dozens of comment notifications, while the mobile application may have a hard time working with large and/or pivot tables. When not governed properly, the structure within the folder can get messed up in no time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have faced a lot and BOX has been a savior for us as far as the scenario is concerned. Less than a week ago, we went through a very important project that had many deadlines and, at the same time, there were teams from three countries working on documents in the same project. BOX made a perfect track of all the versions, preventing any form of version control issues.
