What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For the companies looking to get their hands in on an unbeatable weapon of optimizing app performance, AppEnsure APM is for them. It gives you full visibility and uses AI to boot. Real-time performance analytics that give visibility into the status of transactions, extensive troubleshooting capabilities and service level agreement (SLA) monitoring and alerting are important to help you maintain operational efficiency as your environment transitions into an increasingly digital one.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few slightly more technical and intimidating reports for someone who is not on the IT team

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The implementation was also relatively easy, and the support team was great which really did help a lot. I have used it for few months but I have to say that the software has helped us ALOT in detecting and SOLVING BENEFIT issues before they reach end users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

AppEnsure automated performance monitoring has being the best that provides agile IT Ops teams with the visibility and actionable metrics they need to ensure the availability of services and application’s running on complex and distributed infrastructure.It most demanding feature of turning massive amounts of data produced into actionable insights.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a user based on my observation the user interface is more complex and sometimes gives irrelivent information.Also observer the slowness in the responses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the product because of the brilliant features such as up and running in minutes.OSI layer 2 deep makes the agent free from application coding and platform.You Could be running in any OS and could be virtual or physical.
