What differentiates Acuity PPM from other similar products?

I feel very attached and personable to it, and it feels like it can be tailored to my needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can make it into how I want, and it is very tailorable

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be clunky with some of its features, and some of the functions are a little buggy at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a go, it will surprise you. The improvements are constant and it is moving forward at great pace.

What differentiates Acuity PPM from other similar products?

The Acuity PPM team is what differentiates them from other similar products. They are constantly innovating, listening to their consumer base and adding new useful features. Not only do you get various Portfolio Management features, but you can get granular with each project as well. It is truly the best Single Source of Truth we have at our organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Work Intake process has really augmented our Project Management Office. We have total governance over the proposals coming in from multiple business units, and we have an auditable log of all decisions made. The Scheduling page also gives great estimates on timelines and resource capacity. It makes it easier to talk to leadership outside of IT, aligning on next steps and current status.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some small bugs - though I do know that once you identify any issue and cut a ticket with their support staff, it won't be long before it is resolved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a Project Management Office and want total control over your portfolio and individual projects - while having a great relationship with your vendor - Acuity PPM should be one of your top considerations.
