What differentiates ActiveBatch from other similar products?

It was little explored territory for our work to carry out the tasks required to achieve commercial projects under a process automation system, however, starting with ActiveBatch we have managed to adapt and implement the platform to our work system correctly, developing management, organization and planning capabilities that perhaps on our own and with internal solutions we would not have been able to. It has greatly facilitated the workload, being able to cover much more work in less time and with less effort, considerably increasing the performance we obtain from the results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most about ActiveBatch is its high integration capacity, which allows you to automate a variety of processes from a single place, from optimizing task execution processes to automating, scheduling and planning different projects. It has an attractive interface, with multiple tools that allow you to develop the work properly and that is undoubtedly a plus, it is intuitive, highly customizable and flexible. It integrates with various tools allowing you to configure a complete work system, optimizing the integration of teams, thus achieving much better managed projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At first it took a long time to understand the configuration of everything, it can be overwhelming when starting on the platform to be able to keep track of it and properly implement its functionality in daily work. Customer service can be unresponsive, sometimes we have encountered situations in which they have not helped us solve problems efficiently, this can be overwhelming when it is necessary to solve problems to continue moving forward with the work. Cost may not be one of its strong points, I think there are similar platforms with more affordable costs and perhaps this one is not, but for ActiveBatch it is worth trying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It requires time to properly implement the platform, first of all it is important to correctly understand each of the functions, how to adapt them and put the platform to work. Once this is achieved, it is impressive what can be achieved with ActiveBatch, it automates the entire process and facilitates the tasks of the different departments in all areas.

It is great for simplifying complex tasks so that users of multiple technical skill levels can create and monitor automated tasks

What do you dislike most about this product?

ActiveBatch can be a little overwhelming for new users due to its many features and options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works great for any type of repeatable task, and has several methods of initiating jobs that can be applicable for any environment. In our experience we have yet to find a scenario that needed automation that could not be accomplished via ActiveBatch
