What differentiates Zscaler Private Access from other similar products?

It has a pretty solid integration with Cisco Duo and Okta

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's always on feature works pretty seamlessly once you've configured it the first time at log in

What do you dislike most about this product?

The amount of time it has taken Zscaler to fix ongoing network issues with macOS Sequoia. 4 months after Sequoia was released and we still don't have a fully bug free version to deploy to our Mac user base

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are mostly PC based, you're good. Mac? Not so much. It's been a painful 4 months of waiting for a fix.

Costumer support on Zscaler is the best, no other can compared to it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Best costumer support by far, very easy to use and the integration with other systems is very good. The security features are very effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Setup is a little complicated, it requires a lot of work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Read reviews about the product to evaluate if you are able to implement it with no issues.
