What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?
What makes Zendesk Sell stand out from other CRMs is its simple and user friendly design. Many CRM platforms have complicated menus and multiple options, while in this tool everything is presented in a clear and organized way. It also doesn't take much time to train a new team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is its activity tracking and automatic logging. When a sales rep calls or sends an email to a customer, the system automatically records it. This not only keeps records safe, but also gives the team leader a clear picture of performance. This way, decisions can be made based on actual data rather than guesswork.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The most notable drawback may be its price, especially for small businesses. The basic plan comes with limited features, and the cost increases as more advanced features are required. This can be a challenge for startups working on a tight budget.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your sales team wants to work in an organized manner and you need a system that makes lead management easy, Zendesk Sell could be a good choice.
