What differentiates Zendesk Sell from other similar products?

The desktop app and mobile app are very simple to utilize, giving our staff the opportunity to access and answer difficulties effectively. Zendesk also gives us the opportunity to capture feedback from our staff without it being displayed to the general public. We love having all of our ratings in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zendesk has several high-quality tools to automate the work. Both its automatics and triggers will assist us in targeting and escalating certain categories of difficulties based on the essence of the emails end users receive. The IT help desk lives and dies based on how well or poorly managed the difficulty work procedure is.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zendesk offers some help to get started with the knowledge base, however it is very sparse. It would be wonderful if you could hinder access to knowledge based on the IP address you enter so that it can be used as an internal knowledge base without the people who have access to it. It would also be ideal if Zendesk had a cheaper priced user account for the knowledge area only, this way, it could be used for different purposes other than ticketing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use Zendesk as technical support software to assist more than a thousand people within the organization and also to assist public internet users. It has made a huge advancement in communication between us and our technology team. Specifically, it accelerates the escalation of issues, escalates them to other staff for resolution and, most importantly, gives me as the Director of Information Technology an insight into the issues that are prevalent in our company.

My favorite thing about Zendesk Sell is how simple and clean the interface is. It lets me focus on selling without getting bogged down by complicated features or clutter.
