What differentiates Yext from other similar products?

Yext is an established leader with a long history in multi-location brand management, and holds many relationships with top listing companies that newer entries to the market don't always have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of search and UI of listings tab.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes inaccurate customization options for Google or data not being pushed correctly to Google and some other business directories, especially surrounding the services provided at locations, shown on Google Business Profile listings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure it's a good fit for your industry and supports niche directories for you. In addition, consider bundling and do your diligence on all of their platform modules.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have dislike but most probably it's 3rd party softwares' issue. They all have different requirements and adapting for example the content is a lot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Integrate ai to adapt content for all channels
