Its omnichannel engagement capability makes it a more diverse and extensive solution. Moreover, this tool is playing an significant role in our organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I would appreciate this tool for providing extra ordinary services. As per my experience with previous conversation chatbots, Yewllo.ai is very powerful and is favorable for full-scale enterprise automation. It offers continuous integrational options with CRM, ERP, ITSM, and many other vital platforms. Its intuitive workflow builder creates ease in automation for all levels of users. It is very easy to deploy and easier to operate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Though Yellow.ai is majorly voice-focused and a texting tool but as far as video/images-based AI tools are concerned, they are missing in it. These features are very important for document scanning and invoice processing. This area should be updated for more quality work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For the best working practices, I recommend that new users to take start with pre-built AI models. It is a perfect Conversational AI platform.
