What differentiates XTIUM DaaS from other similar products?

It gives organizations a way to provide users with centralized workspaces while reducing the amount of desktop infrastructure they need to manage themselves.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most is the convenience of having a consistent desktop environment available remotely. It reduces the need to depend heavily on local hardware and makes it easier for teams to access their work environment from different locations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Initial configuration and adapting existing applications to a hosted desktop environment can also take some planning.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before deployment, test the applications your teams use most, check network requirements, and start with a smaller group before expanding across the organization.

What differentiates XTIUM DaaS from other similar products?

EvolveIP was simple enough, but frustrating as a user and difficult to support as an IT technician. The company switched to another solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I did not have a favorite. When the company switched to another vendor, there were several features I liked that I realized EvolveIP was missing such as proper data collection and retrieval.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Connection was often terrible as a user and there were long downtimes. The support technicians were often dismissive and unknowledgeable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look into others.
