What differentiates Whereby from other similar products?

It's very simple but has a lot of customization options. Also the waiting room feature is distinguishable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature of the product is that even though the participants in my meetings usually don't know Whereby, they already know how to navigate it after a while.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are sometimes problems connecting to the server and difficulties with audio settings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a great product for a small, dynamic team.

What differentiates Whereby from other similar products?

My team has greatly benefited from Whereby’s Brower-based functionality. It means that anyone who needs to join a meeting or training doesn’t have to install the application since they only need to click on a link and are good to go. This feature is missing in most of the other video conferencing tools we’ve previously used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What has made me stick to Whereby is its user-friendly layout. Team members and clients who don’t use it so often aren’t forced to install it in their devices since they can gain access to conferences through a shared link. I also appreciate the fact that I can easily embed conferences into our company website. This has gone a long way in marketing our brand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Delays and choppiness are pretty common in Whereby and this is a complete turn off for me. Even if the software is super easy to use, its video and audio quality is wanting. Though this isn’t an every-day problem, I’ve had embarrassing moments with important clients due to low-quality video/audio output.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a recommendable software for anyone seeking a simplified video conferencing tool.

What differentiates Whereby from other similar products?

Whereby allows us to create and join virtual rooms with a single click, without the need to download any application or software, this means a great advantage for us, we can also customize the URLs of the rooms and their design. It has a recording function that allows us to download and share meetings and a work group function that allows participants to be divided into smaller rooms to facilitate collaboration. No matter how many people are present in a conference, everyone always appears in the same size windows. Other services simply display the three most recent speakers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Video and audio quality. Option to customize the background. User authentication and confidential attendee list. Virtual whiteboards for video calls. There is no time limit for video conferences. Ability to share screens and collaborate in real time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When the network is low, sometimes there are connection and disconnection problems. It does not have a polling or voting function, which reduces interactivity and feedback from participants.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whereby is a great product for anyone who works with a large team, especially if that team is remote. So it allows for easy group meetings, without the need for software downloads. Plus, the security and privacy measures are top-notch. Highly recommending Whereby to anyone looking for a reliable and secure virtual meeting platform.
