What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The technology is extremely adaptable and simple to use. It assists us in making better decisions. We can save time, effort, and money by using Ultimus. The technology is extremely simple to use and modify.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We frequently obtain excellent support from them in response to our incidents and requests, as their responses are always in accordance with SLAs, and their solutions are frequently of extremely high quality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ultimus dispatched a skilled consultant to meet with us and discuss our requirements. He has the ability to immediately grasp our business needs, write a process map, and create a format for future printing. That is what led us to believe in this provider and decide to work with Ultimus.
