What differentiates SupportCenter Plus from other similar products?

The biggest differentiators is its true multi channel service management. It brings together customer requests from email, phone, portal and social media into one unified system so agents never lose track of conversations and customers get consistent responses regardless of how they reach out.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like is how the system brings all customer information, past interactions, tickets and service details into one place. Instead of switching between tools or asking customers to repeat themselves everything is already available when handling a request.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the system has a lot of data creating meaningful customer service reports and dashboards isn’t always quick or simple and it often needs extra customization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d say if you’re considering it don’t rush into it. Take some time to understand your customer service process first and set it up properly from the beginning. Start with the basics like ticketing and SLAs and once your team gets comfortable you can slowly explore automation and other advanced features.
