What differentiates Stova from other similar products?

Meetings play have evolved significantly over time. We’re now having a big debate about whether it’s better to meet in person or online, especially as our world becomes more flexible, tech-savvy, and environmentally conscious. Choosing the right meeting format has become more crucial than ever, with each option offering a unique set of benefits and drawbacks.

What differentiates Stova from other similar products?

One-on-one or multi-party video calling is one of the many ways exhibitors can communicate with attendees on the platform. For sales and marketing meetings, you can create a survey on the platform to qualify potential customers. Potential clients can be gathered at both virtual and hybrid events, then directed to a single site.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The features I like about Aventri are creating events, maintaining and modifying agendas and sessions, adding and managing speakers, and creating unique reports. You can benefit from networking possibilities. People can be found by searching for your hobbies, by dialing when signing up, or by using the networking button. At the session and event levels, you can communicate via video chat and direct message.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve to install and configure Aventri is significant. Aventri has an expensive subscription fee.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Aventri to fully design, market, execute and evaluate your virtual and hybrid events. It allows you to manage streaming and video networks natively on the platform.
