Easy to use Ability to create different channels for each project
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A separate team collaboration tool that is effective instead of using Whatsapp which is a more personal tool of communication.
What do you dislike most about this product?
sometime I get lost in notifications when I am in different workspaces, I need like a summary of what happened in this conversation :D

Why not use AI to summarize the conversation, or to suggest a reply.

Slack provides amazing integration model for third part applications like G-meet, google calendar and Spotify for smooth work conditions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is Searchability! You don’t lose context; finding past discussions, files, or decisions is simple. Simply Amazing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing as of now
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
From my end, I guess Slack can use notification settings smartly by encouraging teams to customize alerts and mute non-essential channels to avoid burnout.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
App is fresh, look is refreshing. Other apps such as Microsoft teams lacks capability and also slow in working. AI summary new feature is quite good to read long threads in short time

It work flawlessly and new features are pushed time to time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing as such, but sometime we need to reload the app to get notifications
