What differentiates ServiceNow GRC from other similar products?

One thing that makes it different from other GRC tools is that ServiceNow provides real-time monitoring. Once I got caught up with the critical server vulnerability, ServiceNow automatically detected the risk to policy non-compliance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides one platform for all, including control monitoring, and continuous compliance. It has helped me trace the risk to the incident and the asset. It also provides deep reporting analysis. Moreover, I like the way it lets me generate heat maps and perform effective risk scoring. It has made it easy to do internal and external audits in an efficient way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is one of the most effective Governance, Risk, and Compliance platforms. There is nothing to dislike about this GRC solution. I hope it will provide the same even better, services in the future.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I suggest you use Flow Designer and Automated Control Tests as these will help you to save much of your time, reduce errors, and obviously improve the audit readiness.

You get training on how to use and it easily integrates with your existing system

Incident management and remediation is a great aspect to dig your research into for future effective incidents remediation
