What differentiates Ramp Expense Management from other similar products?

Their high level of features not offered on similar products while also keeping everythign super easy to use for the basic user.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Receipts being auto created for known vendors which helps eliminate tracking down receipts from employees and them having to spend more time collecting them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was a better training. It's so easy to use that they don't have an officialy implementation and I sometimes feel like I am not using every feature to its fullest extent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Everyone I have turned onto this product absolutely loves it. I was lucky enough to get grandfathered into the free version. But if push came to shove, I would easily stay on as a paid user.

Ease of matching receipts to purchases.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No problems at all at this time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say that RAMP offers a service that allows you to notate, track, and match purchases with ease and allows for multiple options depending on your preference for web or phone use.

What differentiates Ramp Expense Management from other similar products?

Ramp is a smoother end-user experience than most other expense platforms I've used in the past. It's great at recognizing charges and making it simple to request reimbursement or log expenses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to submit a reimbursement or expense just by texting ramp the receipt. It makes it simple and easy to get everything submitted on time without leaving anything out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The log-in can be a little cumbersome and unintuitive, but it works fine.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's been great from my experience.
