What differentiates PiLog Lean Data Governance (iMDRM) from other similar products?

PiLog stands out in the market as it is designed to help maintain high-quality, consistent, and governed master data services. Not only that, it also offers a unified, multilingual, and standard data-driven approach to managing master data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really adore PiLog’s commitment to data quality excellence that ensures high levels of data consistency, integrity, and usability. Predefined domain-specific templates and structured catalogs were there to save me the maximum time. Also, I would like to mention that PiLog smoothly supports lean governance workflow with role-based approvals, which helped me a lot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Though PiLog’s current reporting capabilities are good, but more interactive, real-time dashboard will bring improvements natively within the platform, for tracking data health, workflow efficiency, and governance KPIs. Moreover, a drag-and-drop low-code interface for designing governance workflow is another missing factor.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before adopting it, define your data ownership roles, stewardship model business rules, and approval workflows. It is highly configurable, and a strong governance framework will help you fully leverage its capabilities.

What differentiates PiLog Lean Data Governance (iMDRM) from other similar products?

It maintains all types of important data including important information about customers, sales, products, and all other entities of companies. PiLog MDRM is unique from others in a way that it is capable of managing structured data across different platforms. It also keeps in view the enforcement of policies and rules to keep the data secure, accurate, and compliant.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many useful features this platform contains. It is a highly customized software that helps me a lot in maintaining complex datasets. Its built-in logarithms facilitate me in detecting errors, copies of any documents, and Amy types of inconsistencies happen in data, all these done automatically. Another strength that I found is that it supports multi-domains thus helping me to carry all data related to customers, assets, suppliers, etc, at a single location.

What do you dislike most about this product?

PiLog MDRM causes complexity during its initial setup and configuration. The setup demands high expertise, proper planning, and coordination among all. It also requires external sources for its reliable configuration in case of any lack, the whole system demands more time and a new start. All these things should be improved to make our work more time-consuming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

PiLog MDRM is feature-rich software that helps us in dealing with master data and keeps it high quality across several domains.

Using PiLog MDRM is easy and is very affordable too It comes with great MDM features and is secure too
