What differentiates Perdoo from other similar products?

What most differentiates Purdue from other softwares is that Purdue is cheaper than some alternatives and it's very easy to use and implement. However, one thing that I don't like is that they are changing their core features, which were features that we were.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the ease of use and definitely the customer support, which is great so far, they have always answered quickly and they have fixed the bugs that we have found in less than a week always. And also they put new features that we have asked for, even though we are not the biggest of clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike the most, it's recent, but it's basically that they are changing some of their core features, they are redoing a lot of them, and we fear that we're going to lose access to some of the things and the views that we like here. However, to this point, they have been very proactive to asking us what is it in the old features that we use, and they are trying to implement those in the new features and the new views. So it might end up working.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say if you're a small to medium company, I would consider it because the customer support is great and the price is relatively low compared to other software that we checked out in this same category. It is very easy to use and easy to teach to all of the teams so that they can use it accordingly

What differentiates Perdoo from other similar products?

I liked that Perdoo allows us to work in more than one direction at the same time. Break down the main plans, set priorities, assign tasks to team members, simplify follow-up and display progress on easy-to-understand boards.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that with Perdoo, it is easy to represent KPIs and measure progress based on actual inputs as a result of linking them directly to the task/tasks related to each indicator independently. I liked that we get a dedicated, constantly updated board that displays progress on the KPIs. Adding comments is easy, and I liked the color system that allows us to clarify the status as required. I liked Perdoo’s continuous reviews and the ease of documenting them with the agreed-upon goals, and keeping them open for updating.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No negatives with Perdoo. Creating lists of goals and boards is very smooth without any complications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Perdoo has enabled us to improve follow-up of workflow. Allowing us to customize dashboards to suit our needs has enabled us to display progress according to KPIs, and has also improved our continuous assessment of our ability to achieve goals.
