What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

It's AI powered capabilities makes it so much easier to understand what features the customers want and help us create and make them live before any one else. This I believe acts as a major differentiator in comparison with competition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing about Pendo is it's easy to navigate user interface that allows us to achieve so much is quite less time. This software allows us to understand customer requirements and build and launch features which the customers are actually looking for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing much to dislike

The ability to segment customers, specific products, features and deep dive into their usage and effectiveness

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to create segments of my customers and understand their usage of our product. Then being able to create integrations and notifications

What do you dislike most about this product?

Clunky to get started and learn - very custom and new. Takes a while to understand processes and learn

It is worth it if you take the time to get set up properly and integrate your data

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

The Pendo tool facilitates decision-making by allowing users to express questions that will result in responses that fit the demands of the client. My team and I may utilize Pendo to validate whether a feature or component of our product is being used before opting to delete it. Pendo information is used in a number of ways inside our business, helping us to develop a better knowledge of our clients' operations and build better products. They provide us with visibility into user behavior, allowing us to uncover actionable insights that will help us steer our product in the proper direction.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because they are always introducing new features to their product, they recognized an opportunity to include in-product lessons to educate consumers on how to use the most beneficial elements of the product, therefore making life simpler. We are able to plan our onboarding approach based on the needs of each user group thanks to Pendo. We also rigorously adhere to the brand rules and have complete control over how those guidelines are displayed aesthetically inside the product experience. Pendo displays which readers have committed to particular guides and where changes are needed; we utilize this information to construct our product roadmap.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes a significant amount of time and effort to properly utilize the platform, which can be a strain for busy persons with other commitments. The present product isn't really great, and I'm not sure I'll be able to persuade the correct people to do it, but Google Analytics doesn't capture the data I need to do my tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our company is becoming more product-driven as a result of Pendo, which helps both our customers and our product. Pendo puts essential data at your fingertips, so instead of guessing and verifying, you can make decisions for your users based on real facts. Pendo is extremely valuable for extensive and adaptable analysis; this data enables us to present instructions, lessons, tooltips, and messages to our users at critical moments throughout the program. Furthermore, the Dashboards feature enables us to plan for the creation of central hubs where our staff can gather to ask questions and discuss findings.
