What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
Additional features compared to some other programs but they often will come with additional costs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Payroll runs smoothly and data is easily accessible.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We do not have one client representative usually. If I call for a need, I'm often dealing with quite varying levels of experience. Some of the agents are fantastic, while others seem to have limited knowledge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Focus on getting all promised components handled during integration.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
That they have a very smooth process for payroll from which HR's can work very easily without getting stuck in excel sheet
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As we use this a lot like every single day, and it helps us a lot for all activities in HR Even we can easily teach to our new member who start using this So yes highly recommend
What do you dislike most about this product?
They have a quite less customer service people, as they don't reply fast Or else I really like this product
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They should improve there customer service, they should response quicker

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
The level of customization and additional features that come with the services. They do not try to nickel and dime for every add-on.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Payroll integration with benefits when working correctly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Getting the integration setup was confusing at times and a long process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try to get integrations setup before open enrollment and before actually using the product for your first payroll.
