Features like the ability to map data flows, automate privacy impact assessments, create and track consent forms, and manage vendor risks make OneTrust a top choice for companies looking to manage their privacy compliance efforts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best aspect of OneTrust Privacy Management is its user-friendly interface that simplifies the otherwise complicated process of managing privacy compliance. I find the customizable dashboard particularly helpful as it allows me to easily view and access the features I need most frequently, such as monitoring data subject requests or conducting privacy impact assessments. Additionally, the platform's automation of certain tasks and workflows helps to save time and ensure accuracy in compliance efforts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much to dislike about OneTrust Privacy Management. However, I have found that certain features, such as the data mapping tool, can be somewhat challenging to set up initially. However, the support team provided helpful resources and guidance in navigating these features.

What I find most impressive about OneTrust Privacy Management is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. It's very easy to navigate and customize based on the specific needs of our organization as well as comply with various privacy regulations around the world.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My organization and I haven't encountered any major issues or complaints with OneTrust Privacy Management so far.
