What differentiates OnePlan from other similar products?

High level of customization allows Companies to identify the best configuration to match their needs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Timesheet, Resource and Project Management in the same place is allowing us to have all the relevant infos in a single place helping the data analysis for business improvement

What do you dislike most about this product?

What-if feature allows to make different scenario, but once defined it cannot be brought automatically to the current Portfolio

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try a demo contacting OnePlan representatives that will follow you in the initial configuration to check if this could be the best PPM software for your needs.

What differentiates OnePlan from other similar products?

In my opinion, the main strength of OnePlan is not just the number of features, but how customizable it is. It can be shaped around the company’s processes and can continue to evolve as the business changes, which makes it much more flexible than many similar tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the possibility to customize it around each business process. This is a strong advantage because it also makes advanced reporting easier to build, thanks to how well OnePlan can integrate with other tools and data sources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not really a dislike, but I think some features could be improved from a user experience and user interface perspective. The product is powerful, but a more polished and intuitive UI in certain areas would make the overall experience even better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend spending enough time defining the business requirements before the implementation. OnePlan is very flexible and, in many cases, it can probably support most of the company’s needs.
