What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

Many other platforms do not offer the flexibility seen with Ninja; specifically with defining your own variables and using them throughout the platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to customize the platform to function the way we need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dealing with Apple products. Ninja does a fine job but would love to have the experience better (Hopefully Ninja can leverage their industry presence to get Apple to integrate better)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely go with Ninja as you have so many options to make it work for you over how the platform forces you to manage things.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

NinjaOne stands out because it combines device monitoring, remote access, patch management, and automation in a single platform. The interface is easy to use, which helps our team resolve issues quickly and manage endpoints efficiently without needing multiple tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of NinjaOne is the remote access functionality. It allows me to connect to user devices quickly, troubleshoot problems in real time, and resolve issues without needing to be on-site. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and helps reduce downtime for end users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the platform is very reliable overall, some reporting and customisation features could be more flexible. Certain advanced configurations can take time to set up, and there is occasionally a learning curve when using some of the less frequently used features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend taking advantage of the automation, patch management, and remote access features from the start, as they provide the most value. Spend some time setting up policies and alerts properly during implementation, as this will help streamline device management and reduce manual administration in the long term.

What differentiates NinjaOne Platform from other similar products?

Customer service, price and continued innovation over their platform turning everything into a one stop shop. Ease of adding new features as our needs grow and change and the reasonable pricing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything is easy to setup and get going. From loading remote software to setting polices up. Also the Ninja Dojo (Tech notes) are very clear and easy to read, with a lot of good to know additional details..

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I can think of at this moment has been negative or a dislike. Just somethings we are interested in more then others

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Know what you are looking for and even look to the left and right of your end goal. Ninja may have a solution for that which could greatly reduce the need for other companies and reduce multiple logins.
