At the top of the features I appreciate about Netskope exists its user-friendly interface which allows me to handle and navigate policies effortlessly. My lack of technical expertise did not prevent me from finding Netskope's interface simple to grasp and use without difficulty. Our company can perform a seamless transition without operational disruption because Netskope integrates with various platforms and services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Any provided solution contains areas that need improvement like all others. Reporting functions within Netskope become complicated at times without need be. New users find the wide range of reporting options challenging since these options tend to exceed their level of understanding. The reporting interface needs improvement because it should present data through an easier interface that delivers essential information quickly and efficiently.

I strongly support Netskope CASB as a recommendation to others despite my minor concerns. Companies find Netskope CASB to be the perfect solution for cloud data protection because of its comprehensive security features and intuitive user experience. What do you dislike most about this product?

One potential drawback of Netskope CASB is its complex setup and management for organizations with limited cloud security expertise. Due to its advanced features and granular controls, configuring policies and fully leveraging its capabilities can be time-consuming and may require a steep learning curve. Smaller teams or those without dedicated security personnel may find it challenging to optimize all of the platform's features effectively without substantial training or external assistance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides AI and ML based risk categorisation cloud applications. It's also provided CCI of every application to inform the risk associated with all applications that his much they are secure. If provided real time enforcement of policies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mail issues we face is with an agent, is t can turn into fail corded condition anytime. Netskope doesn't have any uninstaller tool. Sometimes done type of filled is not detected by netskope.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If I can suggest, Zscaler is better product in terms of acces controls regardless of user location, ZTNA, scalability for following without need of appliances or network infrastructure changes.
