Nala is critical in people management

What differentiates Nala from other similar products?

Human resources departments spend a lot of time mapping talent and gathering information about our employees, but by the time we have it, it is already out of date. Therefore, having a platform like Nala that allows you to have real-time information form decision-making is critical in people management. I do not know any other platform that provides all that kind of information in the market in Chile like Nala. Others platform only have some features but not all of them, and they do not have 9box and talent mapping that is a very hard and critical job for HR.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Talent mapping, employee engagement, easy to use and friendly, real-time information

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing so far

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You should al least try i in on area of the company for three months and see the results for the business

What differentiates Nala from other similar products?

It was very easy to work with the providor, Catalina was always willing to support us and answer questions, wich gave us calm about te outcome and process. The site is really intuitive and easy to work with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy and intuitive it was and the few questions I got about the system from the users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The last part of the process about the feedback check was a bit difficult for the users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would fully recommend it. It has a lot of tools that can be used in the future besides performance management.
