What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

The seamless link to applications like Word, Excel, and Teams means you don’t have to leave your workflow to access or share files

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I remember working on a proposal for a client with my team, and we were all editing the same document at once. OneDrive handled the entire process smoothly, showing who made which changes

What do you dislike most about this product?

I often run into issues where it doesn’t update properly or takes way too long. It’s annoying, especially when you need files on-the-go and don’t want to wait for synchronization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft products—it’ll fit like a glove. But, do ensure you monitor the syncing process when working with large files, and occasionally back up critical files to avoid issues

What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?

The real time collaboration on all Office suite applications make this an absolutely perfect and no brainer of a product

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We’ve only had this product for a year, and honestly don’t know how we survived without it. Whether it’s a large excel business proposal with 4 people working on it at a time or it’s a word document with one writing and the other designing this has changed the game for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Took some getting used to when using a file we did not want to save changes but it auto saves.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
