What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?
It is only the focus on artificial intelligence which really highlights what makes Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise stand out from other software. The tool provides ours with predictive analytics that allows us to tune our sales activity and make better decisions. This functionality helps us save time and provides us with a competitive advantage because we can predict trends and follow them rapidly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is the customization I enjoy about the dynamics 365. Almost all features can be customized to your particular business needs. This has enabled our company to set the system up so that it fits precisely into our workflow. Besides, the possibility of custom reports is wonderful; it provides us and entire picture of our performance and it also informs us of what we need to improve.
What do you dislike most about this product?
However, not everything is perfect. Among the things that I don’t quite appreciate is the first learning curve to maximize all the software’s capabilities. Despite the User friendly interface, the interface has some advanced features that are a bit overwhelming in the first instance. But over time and practice this becomes a very trivial issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To wind up, I recommend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise without a second thought. Not only is its set of powerful features opened to customizations, but its integ ation of artificial intelligence tools renders it an unbreakable asset to any sales team.
