It supports device monitoring as well as bidirectional communication and one more thing is that it is scalable

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's bidirectional communication capability and focus on collecting data from devices but it allows messaging to cloud to device as well so that is the favourite aspect in this product

the main difference between Microsoft Azure IoT Hub and other similar products is that the Microsoft Azure IoT Hub provide the best support If we are facing any problems and challenges, then they provide the best support, and they are also highly capable, informative, and Microsoft Azure IoT Hub also provides the best security compared to other products.

My favorite aspect of Microsoft Azure IoT Hub is that they provide good documentation and extraordinary supports to the end users, which is the best for my aspect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The dislike factor is the pricing of the products.

My recommendation is that the pricing could be more flexible or easy to understand for us.

Easy to implement and allow us to customize the solution which varies as per the tier . Provides multiple services integration with less complexity and dps service integration for automatic device registration

the services like device to cloud , cloud to device and direct method which allows you to communicate bidirectionally.

What do you dislike most about this product?

nothing only the speed of deployment of services is bit slow, that needs to updated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

azure iot hub is suitable for implementing all the iot solution with cloud competency , it also provides the functionality like dps intedgration, direct methods , c2d and d2c communication also to develop a solution it provides sdk as well which helps to create the customize iot solution .
