What differentiates Microsoft Authenticator from other similar products?

Authenticator sends notifications for login attempts into your mobile device and doesn't allow login into the web application using your credential without approval of the login request on the app. this is especially to prevent unauthorized logins

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The mobile app is very quick, notifications along with location of login are sent immediately whenever there is a login attempt as well as for approving the login requests. additional multifactor login through the mobile device ensures that the all-login attempts are secure and authorized.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The process to add a new device if you have lost your existing mobile device on which the authenticator app is setup is long and has a lot of steps involved such as deleting the old device from the web office 365 account and then reregistering the new device .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This app is essential for secure multifactor login and ensuring security of application and accounts using your login credentials. Also, the mobile app is quite easy to setup and is highly reliable

What differentiates Microsoft Authenticator from other similar products?

The administration via the Microsoft Admin page makes it easy to implement, troubleshooting and maintanance. Also is easy to see if a users is missing the MFA configuration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can have multiples accounts adding in the authenticator, easy to use and very secure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would add face and voice recognition for the methods to authenticate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Is a very easy to use solution and is very secure.
