Almost all CRM's are the same, it's the ease of access and familiarization is what's important.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As an end user of the product, I must say that almost everything has been great. Getting hands-on experience shortly after training is crucial, as it allows me to work more comfortably and confidently. It’s especially important when learning to navigate a new tool and having those first few days of practical use really helped me become familiar with the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Haven't found any issues yet to complain about this product.

I can't think of any.
