I believe their quality of training available is what sets them apart. They have a wide range of different ways to consume the training such as videos, handouts, games, etc.

Ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any complaints about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a worthwhile investment. Once you see their training offerings it becomes clear why there are an industry leader.

What differentiates KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training from other similar products?

Platform provides very interactive and user friendly training videos which makes non-technical users more fun to indulge in attending training. Provides very good customized reports which helps and build more resilient and phish free secure organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best features of KnowBe4 is its phishing simulation tool, simulation mimic real-world attack approach and users get automatically added to training modules if they fails or click on the link and provides credentials and help to track users progress and measure effectiveness.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike as it provides what my organization needs for the security awareness among users

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you are looking for to enhance security awareness within your organization, Knowbe4 is the best and effective solution, just go got it.
