What differentiates Kaseya VSA from other similar products?

It has a very strong automation and scripting engine . VSA supports advanced workflows and autoremediation so that the IT teams can automate larger volumes of tasks easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The automation and remote management capabilities. It saves a lot of our time by handling routine tasks efficiently and it also gives full control over endpoints from one dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface can feel outdated at times, and some features take a few extra steps to access, which actually slows down the workflow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please ensure that your team gets full training to make the most of the tool's capabilities.

What differentiates Kaseya VSA from other similar products?

Kaseya VSA offers deeper automation and scripting flexibility than most RMM tools, making it ideal for complex IT environments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how powerful the automation engine is — we’ve saved a lot of time scripting repetitive tasks. The remote control feature is stable and works well even over slow networks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI feels dated, and new users may struggle initially. Support could also be more responsive for technical queries.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for MSPs or IT teams managing large device fleets. Not beginner-friendly, but worth it if you need serious automation.
