What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira has ability to write JQL And supports integration of Google sheets which makes it incomparable to others

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Customer Support is great and works on autopilot

What do you dislike most about this product?

I expected plenty software integrations and I got disappointed

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a pretty straight forward software, I recommend it

Easy to use, provide good collaboration with the team. Allows customization workflow edits and enables automation workflows.

it supports integration with third-party apps and plug-in's enabling the highest productivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

a little high price, i think, but it does its job for the money we are spending on it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira is the best choice if your looking for automation workflow and customization fields and third-party apps llaboration. no other tools provide third-party apps collaboration like Jira does.
